RETURNS 

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that

> The item is unused and its original condition 

> All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included.

> Proof of purchase is provided.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

> Devices damaged by misuse, accidents or unauthorized repairs.

> Products with physical damage after delivery.

> Items returned without original accessories or packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48hours of delivery.

Once the item has been inspected and the fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following

> Replacement

> Repair

> Refund (Where applicable)

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping Charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
